Desktop Support Engineer  - L1

Role Description

  • Experience in installation, configuration, and setup of computer hardware, software (Operating system & Software application), Peripheral equipment                   
  • Basic level of troubleshooting skills for connection issues for the network devices Firewall, switch, server, CCTV, Wi-fi , access control, etc..
  • Experience and Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Mail Client Installation & Troubleshooting.
  • Experience & knowledge for domain connectivity, drive sharing, user rights, and being able to create a user profile and user in an AD environment.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems of IT equipment and software applications.
  • Manage and update helpdesk tickets, ensuring issues are tracked, prioritised, and resolved within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain documentation of user issues, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
  • Alignment with customer requirements and system functionality.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication.
  • Diploma/BSc-IT/MSc-IT/BCA/MCA.
