Experience and Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Mail Client Installation & Troubleshooting.

Identify, research, and resolve technical problems of IT equipment and software applications.
Manage and update helpdesk tickets, ensuring issues are tracked, prioritised, and resolved within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Maintain documentation of user issues, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
